Finding Inspiration in Every Turn

This website promotes the idea that employee wellness leads to corporate wellness. It is a project led by Adarsh, who is a London School of Economics student, who worked in several HR consulting projects worldwide, and Rajagopalan Chakravarthy, a remote semi-retired Software Development Executive, who has worldwide IT Projects experience. 

Our Story

Our 'Teachable  Point of View' is to avoid the phenomenon called "Presenteeism," often missed by companies, which focus more on engagement and absenteeism while missing the larger contributor, which does not cause growth, productivity, and jobs.  Presenteeism refers to the lost productivity that occurs when employees are not fully functioning in the workplace, either due to the employee's intentional or unintentional act of being cognitively absent from work, leading to a decrease in productivity. It involves employees physically present at work but performing below their optimal level due to health issues, stress, or personal challenges. We are addressing this through our wellness audits, wellness competency frameworks, and related wellness consulting products.

Presenteeism, where employees work while unwell, is costing the UK economy a significant amount of money. Recent reports indicate that the cost of presenteeism has risen to £103 billion per year , a £30 billion increase since 2018. This loss is primarily attributed to reduced productivity when employees work while sick, rather than a rise in absenteeism
